Sculpt, tone and strengthen your body from head to toe as you move through a series of mat, barre and standing pilates exercises. We will incorporate the use of balls, rollers, bands and props throughout our practice. Mixed levels with modifications offered. Beginners welcome. Please bring your own mat.

A small group full body practice incorporating 20 minutes of TRX, 20 minutes of Pilates and 20 minutes of Yoga/ Stretch for overall wellness. Use of props such as balance domes, balls, bands, tubing are often used for the pilates portion of the class. We accommodate all fitness levels and are happy to offer modifications. Please bring a yoga mat and water. pre-registration is required for all classes.

The aerials help ease you into Yoga poses that you may not normally be able to do ever be able to do without their support. Modifications and hands on assistance offered. We also offer private and semi private sessions.

Please wear a t shirt with short of long sleeves (no sleeveless t shirts, perfume or jewelry in the aerials please). Bring your own Yoga mat and water. Pre-registration is required for all classes.
