A small group full body practice incorporating 20 minutes of TRX, 20 minutes of Pilates and 20 minutes of Yoga/ Stretch for overall wellness. Use of props such as balance domes, balls, bands, tubing are often used for the pilates portion of the class. We accommodate all fitness levels and are happy to offer modifications. Please bring a yoga mat and water. pre-registration is required for all classes.

Instructor – Julia Aerial Yoga with options to choose your level. Yoga and aerial poses and thoughtfully planned and guided sequences done with the support of silk aerials (hammocks) adds a fun, creative edge to your Yoga practice. The aerials help ease you into Yoga poses that you may not normally be able to do ever be able to do without their support. Modifications and hands on assistance offered. We also offer private and semi private sessions.
