Rebecca discovered yoga in 2010 when she was on a health and wellness journey. After realizing she needed to make some changes for herself and her new growing family. Rebecca knew that she needed balance in her life as the demands of being a wife, entrepreneur and Mom came with day-to-day stressors. Yoga gave her a physical, mental, and spiritual connection all in one. Over the past decade her love of the practice grew and decided to take the teacher training at Free Spirt Yoga studio. After she completed the 200 YTT hours she didn’t want to stop there, she added on Aerial & TRX & is currently working on her 500 hours. This gives Rebecca’s teaching style a spin within the modern-day classes. She adds strength and stretching within the physical component as well as her classic style makes this a unique class. Rebecca also dove right into the online platform “Get Bent Yoga” when covid hit and started teaching in pop up classes for friends, her kids, and sports groups they are involved with. Rebecca’s love for others and desire to give back to her community is refreshing and desirable! Join her on the mat for an uplifting, grounding experience.
