All levels are welcome to join us to gently and safely stretch and soothe achy, tight and sensitive muscles in and around our backs, hips and along our spines.  Mindful core  exercises will be incorporated to balance your body and assist with your overall health and wellness of your spine, muscles, joints and connective tissues.
