Slow deep stretch using myofascial balls, props, bolsters and the wall to mindfully and respectfully deepen your experience with your range of motion, flexibility and sense of proprioception. Modifications and options are given throughout this class to suit all levels, beginners to the seasoned Yoga students. Please bring your own Yoga mat and water bottle. Please arrive 5 minutes early to set up.
