Yin Yoga is the perfect compliment for Yang lifestyles and balance Yang Yoga practices.  Suitable for all levels including beginners.  Stretch / Yin poses target the muscles, connective tissues, joints and bones.  Poses / stretches are held for 1 to 5 minutes with modifications offered and props available for support. Yin Yoga promotes wellness, peace of mind, flexibility and better range of motion.
