Classical Hatha and Pilates flows, standing and mat exercises synchronized to guided breathing as you sculpt and tone your body and soothe your mind.  Strengthen and lengthen your muscles, improve your posture and body awareness.   All levels welcome and a variety of options demonstrated throughout the class.  Beginner friendly.
