Sculpt, tone and strengthen your body and focus your mind with classical Pilates mat, standing and barre exercises. We will be incorporating, props such a balls, tubing, rollers into our practice to mindfully align your body from head to toe and front to back with no impact to your joints. Mixed levels, modifications offered and beginners are welcome.
