Gentle Hatha Yoga is soothing and restorative.  It is suitable for those seeking simplicity and a slow relaxing pace.  We will guide you safely through Yoga asanas (Postures) created to gently improve your overall wellness, flexibility and support your immune system.  We end this class with Yoga Nidra to prepare you for a restful nights sleep.   No experience needed.
