Use of props such as balance domes, balls, bands, tubing are often used for the pilates portion of the class. We accommodate all fitness levels and are happy to offer modifications. Please bring a yoga mat and water. pre-registration is required for all classes.

The aerials help ease you into Yoga poses that you may not normally be able to do ever be able to do without their support. Modifications and hands on assistance offered. We also offer private and semi private sessions.
