Slow paced Aerial / Yin Yoga class created to increase flexibility, range of motion and to gently traction the spine. We will be moving between mat poses, bolsters and aerials (set knee or mid calf length). No experience needed. If you are new to the aerials please arrive 10 minutes early, wear a t shirt with sleeves and yoga leggings. No perfumes or loose jewelry in the aerials please.
