Gentle Hatha Yoga poses and mindful sequences suited for all bodies , all levels. Beginner and pre post natal friendly. You will be expertly and gently guided and supported throughout the practice. 10 to 15 minutes of each class is finished with relaxation, guided breathing and meditation.
