A full body conditioning program incorporating Pilates Mat and Standing exercises using hand weights, weights balls and tubing . Designed for overall Strength, maximum muscle toning, core conditioning and flexibility. Suited for all levels. Beginner Friendly. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to set up your equipment. Bring your own yoga mat, water and a towel.
