20 minutes of 3 different modalities TRX / Pilates / Yoga. Class focus is on core, functional strength, range of motion and flexibility training your body for real-life movements. Rather than isolating single muscles we will be using multiple muscles and joints simultaneously for better overall body and mind control. All levels welcome.
