20 minutes of 3 different modalities TRX / Functional fitness / Balance Stretch Yoga. Class focus is on functional fitness, training your body for real-life movements like squatting, lifting, pulling pushing and twisting actions. Designed to make your daily tasks easier and safer by improving your strength, balance, co-ordination, range of motion and flexibility. Rather than isolating single muscles we will be using multiple muscles and joints simultaneously for better overall body and mind control. All levels welcome.
