Hatha Yoga is designed for all levels from those new to Yoga, individuals wanting to refresh their skills on the basics of Yoga  and seasoned Yoga students.  This well balanced class will guide you into the classical Hatha Yoga poses (asanas), gentle flows that move with the breath and building a foundation step by step.  The goal is to feel comfortable  and confident on your yoga mat as you align your body, mind and breath.  Hatha Yoga us the foundation for all other styles of Yoga and it will help you build functional strength, release tension and move into a healthier and more mindful life style.
