A full body conditioning program incorporating Pilates Mat and Standing exercises using hand weights, weighted balls, tubing, etc. Designed for overall Strength, maximum muscle toning, core conditioning and flexibility. Suited for all levels. Beginner Friendly. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to set up your equipment. Bring your own yoga mat, water and a towel.
