Aerial Yoga adds a fun and creative dimension to your Yoga and fitness routines. With the assistance of the aerials you will strengthen your entire body, improve your flexibility and balance and move into poses and mindful sequences with more confidence, ease and grace. This ongoing class is suitable for individuals with either a good foundation in Yoga, Pilates or fitness. For beginners we recommend you attend a private session and or our intro and beginner aerial workshops or classes. Please bring a Yoga mat and wear a t-shirt with sleeves, no jewelry or perfumes in the aerials, Maximum weight 200 lbs.
