Deepen your understanding of classical Hatha Yoga asanas (p0ses), mindful slow flow sequences integrating guided breathing techniques to improve your overall wellness and peace of mind. You will be expertly guided and supported throughout this small group practice with an opportunity to ask questions and get hands on assistance and modifications when requested. Our focus is on helping you to be the best version of yourself. Improve your flexibility, balance, range of motion, strength and self awareness. All levels are welcome and encouraged. Beginner friendly.
