3 great modalities rolled into one fun and motivating class. 20 minutes each of TRX, 20 minutes of Core exercises (pilates focused) and 20 minutes of Yoga for balance and flexibility. Beginners welcome but please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early your first time to set up equipment. Please bring a Yoga mat.
