20 minutes TRX 20 minutes hand weighs / weighted balls and resistance tubing followed by 20 minutes of Yoga.  All 3 modalities compliment each other focusing on strength, no jump cardio, range of motion and flexibility. Suitable for all levels including beginners.  .
