Laid back and mindful with focus on full body stretch and time to chill out.  Warm up with simple hatha yoga poses and simple flows before we delve into  stretching our muscles and connective tissue.  Variations will be given to accommodate all body types and all levels including those working with injuries and sensitive areas.
