LOCATION

We are in a residential area called Rockridge, en route to Golden Ears Park. 5 minutes from the corner of 232 St and Fern Crescent. From Fern Crescent turn left onto Balsam and right onto Larch. Larch turns into 133 Ave. Turn left on 237a St.

Six cars fit in the driveway, please park in the driveway first before using street parking.

Studio entrance is located around the right side of the house, follow the path through the gate to sliding glass door to the reception sun room.

Free Spirit is a boutique style Yoga sanctuary nestled in the foot hills of Rockridge. We are in a safe residential area 10 minutes from downtown Maple Ridge.
