A sensible & mindful approach to back care integrating Yoga principles, Gentle Pilates core conditioning, therapeutic stretches and range of motion exercises. Emphasis is on creating a knowledge base so that you can manage your pain and stiffness, improve your posture and flexibility. Back care is all about balancing your muscles including your back, core, spine, hips and legs. I consider this class to be our weekly tune up for injury prevention and support overall wellness. No experience required. Please bring your own yoga mat and a towel to fold as a prop and to cover the bolster.
