Slow deep and delicious yin yoga stretch class. Warm up with simple hatha yoga poses before we delve into the depth of our muscles and connective tissue. Yin yoga postures are typically help for 2 to 5 minutes with options to come out sooner if you desire. Variations will be given to accommodate injuries and sensitive areas.
