Looking to build a strong toned body, increase your stamina and endurance? This dynamic small group training class incorporates the use of 20 minutes TRX training, 20 minutes of Pilates exercises focused on core and 20 minutes of Yoga to stretch out and complete your session. All fitness levels are welcome. No experience needed. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to set up your equipment. Bring your own mat & water.
