TRX is an efficient, effective way to build strength, stamina and range of motion. TRX is great for those with limited time wanting to get maximum health and wellness benefits and results. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to set up as the class is only half an hour long and we will start right on time. Bring a water bottle, yoga mat and wear bare feet. Pre-registration is required.
