Free Spirit Studio
A full body work out with 20 minutes of each modality. Lots of variety using various props, balls, sliders, rollers and balance board. Experience not necessary but if you are new to fitness we recommend a private session prior to attending the group class to learn how to adjust the TRX and how to use the props. Please bring your own Yoga or Pilates mat.
