Free Spirit Studio
A full body program incorporating 20 minutes of TRX, 20 minutes of Pilates and 20 minutes of Yoga / stretch to build a strong, toned and flexible body and complete your wellness experience. Props integrated into classes are rollers, balls, bands and tubing. Mixed levels with modifications for all fitness levels. Please bring your own Yoga or Pilates mat and water.
