A full body conditioning program incorporating 20 minutes of TRX, 20 minutes of Barre incorporating props & light weights and 20 minutes of Pilates. Designed for overall Strength, toning and flexibility. Suited for all levels. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to set up your equipment. Bring your own yoga mat and a towel.
