A full body conditioning program incorporating 20 minutes of each modality TRX, Pilates followed by 20 minutes of Yoga. Designed for overall Strength, core conditioning and flexibility. Suited for all levels. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to set up your equipment. Bring your own yoga mat, water and a towel.
