20 Minutes of TRX, 20 minutes of Pilates Mat and standing exercises targeting your core and booty topped off with 20 minutes of Yoga to balance, lengthen and strengthen you muscles and align your body. All levels welcome. Beginner friendly. Please bring a yoga mat and water.
