30 Minutes of Pilates Mat and standing exercises targeting your core and booty paired up with 30 minutes of classical Hatha Yoga to balance, lengthen and strengthen you muscles and align your body, mind and breathing, All levels welcome. Beginner friendly. Please bring a yoga mat and water.
