Gentle Hatha Yoga integrates mindful Yoga poses (asanas) breathing and relaxation techniques and gentle flowing sequences.  Gentle Hatha Yoga will help improve your suppleness, strength, overall sense of wellness and prepare you for a peaceful nights sleep. Beginner friendly. Props are available at the studio but please bring your own Yoga mat and water bottle.
