TRX core and upper body conditioning for the first 30 to 45 minutes of the class followed by a 30 to 45 minute trail hike or run. On rainy days we can opt to stay indoors and work on personal training followed by a great stretch to to build a strong, flexible body, improve our balance and range of motion and improve our focus and mind / body connection.
