Classical Hatha Yoga poses and flows with variations demonstrated for different levels. Breathing techniques, mindfulness and meditative techniques will be integrated into the practice and plenty of opportunity to ask questions and or express your needs prior to class. If you are new please contact Julia as we are happy to take requests or take any injuries into into account.
