Yoga Fundamentals is a great starting point for people new to Yoga or these returning to Yoga for a refresher, Fundamentals Yoga is a well balanced Yoga practice where you will be guided through Yoga asanas (postures both standing and seated) with mindfulness and breaking down and moving through Yoga sequences. We offer modifications for injury support and prevention whenever needed. No experience needed. Please bring your own yoga mat.
