Gentle Hatha Yoga, mindful stretching and slow deep Yin Yoga stretches (Yin stretches are held for several minutes) to release muscle, fascial tissue, joint tension and tightness as you calm your body and mind. Great class to prepare you for a restful nights sleep. All levels are welcome. We offer modifications for injury support and prevention if needed. Please bring your own yoga mat.
