Free Spirit Yoga Pilates and Aerials
Develop and maintain overall wellness and peace of mind in our Hatha Flow Yoga class. You will be guided through Classical Yoga poses and mindful Yoga sequences linking together breathing techniques and alignment cues. Options given for all levels. Beginner friendly. Please bring a Yoga mat and water.
