Gentle Hatha Yoga works intelligently with your body, mind and breath to bring all aspects of our self into a healthy and balanced state. The practice of Yoga affects each individual differently according to his or her needs and thus we offer a variety of options to suit all levels, all bodies. Areas of your body that are overused will be relaxed and gently restored and parts of you that are underused will be stimulated and mindfully strengthened and toned.
