Free Spirit Yoga
New class! An opportunity to explore and practice various styles of Yoga, such as BKS Iyengar’s alignment based yoga using props, Hatha Flow, Paul Grilleys Yin Yoga, Indra Devi’s classical eight limb Yoga, Restorative Yoga. We will delve into the practices of Yoga Nidra, meditation and breathing techniques, hand mudras and the chakra system. Suited for all levels including beginners and teachers in training, seeking a clearer understanding and more knowledge in a small group setting.
