Welcome to the TRX Suspension training program. You are about to embark upon an innovative and original program for fitness that cannot be replicated anywhere.

TRX LEVEL ONE TEACHER TRAINING
Pre requisite: 200 hour level Yoga teacher training, Pilates Teachers, Personal trainers and
B.C.R.P.A. and other certified Fitness leaders
Current first aid and cpr certificate
Minimum of 20 hours of current TRX experience
Once your are registered you will be required to:
